Revenue Center

The new Revenue Centre provides businesses with a centralised, flexible way to track and analyse sales data, enabling them to align labour planning with real-time performance and enhance operational decision-making.

What’s new?
The Revenue Centre supports manual and CSV-based sales entry, integrates with POS systems for live and historical data, and offers configurable time increments. Updates span forecasting, shift logs, dashboards, and mobile views, enabling direct comparison of sales against scheduled and actual labour hours to optimise staffing and analyse shift efficiency.

DAILY TIMECARDS

Daily Timecards lets managers review, edit, and approve employee timecards daily, providing real-time visibility and faster issue resolution across web and mobile.

What’s new?
Managers can adjust hours, positions, and extras day by day, approve shifts individually or in bulk, and use mobile swipe-to-approve. All changes sync instantly across devices, improving payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

 

FACIAL DETECTION

📣 New feature: Say hello to Facial Detection

We’ve fully released the Timestation Facial Detection piece. This feature adds facial detection capabilities to the timestation clock-in/out system, providing an additional layer of identity verification to increase accuracy in attendance tracking. Important: This is facial detection only. We do not recognise or identify individuals’ faces – just whether a face is present or not.


Rollout Plan:
  • The feature is off by default.
  • We’re doing a phased rollout over the next week to all accounts. This means that not ALL iPads will have the update available to them instantly. This enables us to rollback in case of any unforeseen issues.
What’s new?
When Facial Detection is enabled:
  • Employees will see if their face is detected when clocking in/out.
  • The feature can be set to optional (face detection is shown but not required) or required (employees must have their face detected to clock in/out).
  • When required, the PIN keypad won’t work until a face is detected.

Open Shifts
Filling last-minute shifts just got a whole lot easier with Open Shifts, a smarter way to keep your schedule full without the chaos.

What’s new?
Managers can now create unassigned shifts in the schedule that employees can claim directly from their app or the web. You still approve who gets the shift – but there’s no need to chase people via WhatsApp or track spreadsheets.

SHIFT OFFER

Shift Offers
Shift Offers empowers flexibility, boosts shift coverage, and reduces rota stress – while still giving managers full control over staffing decisions.

What’s new?
Shift Offers allows employees to offer their scheduled shifts when they can no longer work. Once offered, the shift becomes available as an Open Shift that eligible teammates can claim – with manager approval required before any handover.
