What’s new?
You can now create overtime rules that reflect your unique pay structures and apply them only to the relevant employees. Overtime can be calculated daily or weekly (based on contracted, daily, or total hours worked), allowing you to tailor calculations to your business needs. Overtime costs are now displayed directly in schedules and dashboards, providing real-time insights that support smarter staffing and budgeting decisions.

Employee Timecard Visibility allows employees to see their timecard details on web and in the Myzimply app.
What’s new?
As an admin, you can determine whether your employees can see their timecards and, if so, whether they can see timecards that haven’t been approved yet.

TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) enables customers to convert extra hours worked into paid time off.
What’s new?
The process of allocating and taking TOIL is fully tracked and managed inside Bizimply instead of spreadsheets or manual workarounds. Managers can allocate TOIL directly from timecards, employees can clearly see their TOIL balance and request time off via web or mobile, and HR/payroll get accurate, auditable records that flow through to the reports used for payroll.
