You can now decide to track the average hours per day for each employee as either by a 13 week average (for Ireland), or 52 week average (for the UK).
This calculation happens automatically as holidays are logged: The average day is based on the employee’s previous weeks of work. And this amount also updates as weeks pass and the average hours worked change.
So instead of an approximation of what an average day is worth, the total hours is a continuously updating figure. This accurately reflects the entitlement of the employee. And this means they’ll never be over- or underpaid for their Time Off.
