Rounding Punch In Times
You can now set the punch times collected from your Timestation to round up or down to the nearest 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. This will limit the number of decisions your manager needs to make as they approve weekly Timecards and process payroll – making the process more efficient and faster.
Round Up or Down – The Choice is yours.
Rounding punch in times gives you great flexibility to set up the Timestation in line with your own time and attendance policies. So if your employee is 6 minutes late you can automate the punch in time to round to 10 past. If someone punches out 5 minutes after their shift ends you can set the punch in time to round back to the scheduled time. This new feature means that you set these preferences once and then don’t have to think about them again.
