Under 18 Break Rules 🔞
This month Bizimply was delighted to release Under 18 Break Rules where you can create custom break rules and apply them to your employees based on different attributes.
This update to the unpaid break rules gives you more flexibility to customise break rules to your business’ needs. Now Account Admins can create employee groups and apply these custom rules to employees based on the following:
- Age – perfect for under 18 workers! 🔞
- Schedule – 📆
- Payroll Department – 🗂
- Position and more!
Use the ranking system to determine what order the rules will be applied and choose to apply to your scheduled shifts also if you wish. Read all about it in our Help Article.
Please note: Unpaid break time rules already created in your account will be set to default.
Tenzo Sales Integration 🔀
Do you use Tenzo to track your sales? The Tenzo to Bizimply Sales Integration is here! This is an exciting integration coming for Bizimply customers who also use Tenzo for their analytics and forecasting.
With this update, Account Admins can now set up an integration to transfer sales data directly from Tenzo to Bizimply on a daily basis.
This will update the shift log in Bizimply with accurate sales data automatically removing the manual work from your managers. A win-win for all 👏

Cost Analysis Report
The brand new Cost Analysis report was introduced to Bizimply this month.
This report can now be found within the Attendance Reports section of your Bizimply account. The Cost Analysis report allows you to:
- get a detailed shift by shift view of your costings 💰
- see exactly how your costs are calculated 🧐
- filter through your data as needed 🔍

Employee Issues Tab Update 🗣️
Lastly, you may have noticed that the Issues tab in employee profiles has had a small update. So what exactly is new?
- The issues tab in employee profile has simply been renamed to ‘Feedback’ to cater for both good and bad employee performance 📝
- Employee Feedback can now only be logged & viewed within the employee’s profile giving more control over who can view it 🔐
Schedule Graph: Labour Hours 📊
Last month Bizimply was delighted to announce our updated schedule graphs. You may have noticed our Scheduled Hours tab in Scheduling has been renamed Labour Hours. The labour hours table still remains but it is here you will also find the brand new Labour Hours graph! This graph allows you to:
- Compare scheduled hours vs forecasted hours easily 📊
- Get a better overview when coordinating resources 👥
- See daily views of scheduled hours breakdown via positions 📆
Please note: Forecast Settings must be split on a per schedule basis to include Forecasted Hours in graph.

New Employee Profile Alert 👤
Lastly we introduced the New Employee Profile Alert feature. Now you can get notified every time a new employee profile is added to your Bizimply account so you can always stay in the loop. Account Admins can set this up easily in Personal Settings for specific users to receive an email alert each time a new employee profile is created.
Please note: Email alerts are not sent when employees are added with bulk import.
