The Role:

Bizimply are now at an exciting and pivotal point in history that requires us to search for a unique and special sales leader to help accelerate the organisation to the next level.

This person will have a proven track record in leading successful teams and a proven track record in significantly accelerating company revenues, ideally with the experience of an IPO under their belt. This person will be responsible for planning and implementing various SaaS sales and development programs, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new markets.

The role will report directly to the CEO.



Responsibilities:

  • Build and motivate a rock star (A+) sales team to rocket launch Bizimply to the next level
  • Comfortably and confidently lead the entire end-to-end sales process by identifying, creating and executing enhanced versions of the following:
    - Sales stack
    - List Building
    - Defining Total Addressable Market
    - Lead optimisation/ filling the funnel
    - Segmentation
    - Outbounding (all types)
    - CTA optimisation
    - Sales Outsourcing
    - Customer Relationship Management
    - Sales Cadence
    - Negotiation & Closing
    - Sales contract/ proposal/ POC optimisation
    - Defining BDR/ SDR/ AE roles & responsibilities
    - Up to date sales hacks
    - Sales remuneration/ incentives / spiffs
    - Lead with specific KPI’s without micro-managing
    - Forecasting
  • Create and Track SaaS sales KPIs and refine process to achieve business objectives
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organisation’s planning efforts
  • Establish sales objectives for forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for markets, territories and/or industry verticals; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Design and manage a sales reporting system to inform the business and the senior team in key decision making
  • Facilitates an organisation of continuous process improvement
  • Successfully align with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
  • Successfully align with the Product and Technology teams to implement sales and product growth strategies to enable further revenue scale
  • Implement systems to support the burgeoning customer success team as they work to nurture and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Develop, negotiate and implement strategic partnerships within the channels
  • Contribute to the long-term strategic vision and day to day growth of the organisation through participation on the executive team
  • Develop and successfully manage an operating budget



Experience Required:
  • 5 to 10 years+ sales leadership experience in a Head of Sales / CRO position or equivalent in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record in significantly accelerating company sales revenues as well as a proven track record in impacting both top and bottom line organisational growth
  • Proven track record in scaling a B2B SaaS sales organisation (both revenue and headcount) by successfully creating, executing and leading a scalable end-to-end, effective sales plan
  • Proven track record in sales and a strong focus on strategic management, consistently exceeding revenue and earning targets
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and a proven track record in leading successful inspired action from individual contributors and ideally other managers
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years international business experience
  • Proven track record in creating, executing and measuring needle moving go-to-market campaigns and strategies
  • Ideally has Experience leading sales teams of 20+ people
  • Credible references amongst industry peers
